Maintain cleanliness and punctuality of the staff Counseling Students Service Dealing with telephone and email enquiries. Creating and maintaining filing system. Scheduling and attending meetings.(with parents/ Management) Keeping diaries and arranging appointments. Ordering and maintaining Stationery and equipment. Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer based information. Collecting admission fees. Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with parents.
