Duties & Skills
• Maintain cleanliness in the reception area. • Answer phone calls and booking for their services. If there is a walk-ins clients, need to assess. • Assist the clients in the area and offer them with water or coffee and tea. Call the staff of what service they want to do for the clients. • Receiving the email and reply for the email for the complained inquiries and other related email. • Related clerical duties such as printing, photocopy, fax scanning and filing the documents. • Follow / up there booking for the confirmation as per appointment. • Face and resolve the customer complaints and providing solutions. • Arrange the employee schedule and also their vacation leave and local leave. • Preparing the attendance sheet and pending days and pending hours also there day off / absends from work and sick leave for the monthly salary. • Upselling the services and cross-selling the product services, membership and promotion at the end of the month to reach monthly target. • Manage inventory, salon product and every end of the month I need to order the product items and stationary and for the pantry what is needed and there is delivery coming. I need to arrange in the designated area. • Accepting the cash payment and credit card payment preparing end of the day and make it close to be intact the money and card payment. • Preparing daily check list report, Daily sales report, Revenue target per day and cash deposit sending the email to the area manager, accounts operation manager and management. • Every day need to check the area of the salon if there is problem or leakage need to inform the maintenance fix and inform the management. • Ensure and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area • Ensure communication ethics particularly while talking on the phone with the clients • Maintaining Good Customer service while talking in the phone or in face to face. • Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopy Fax Scanning and filing. • Receiving the E mail of client and responding the inquiries. • Answers phone calls and booking inquiries complain and solve the problem. • Follow Up there booking for the confirmation as per appointments. • Clients want to book their appointments I need to ask the name, phone number what services they want to book and what time, date • Promoting what we have promotion every month and in house promotion of the branch • Receiving the delivery product and arrange in the area / Receiving package or letter • And upsell product and services an inform the client for the packages services and membership, gift voucher. • Need to sales the product and membership to reach quota every month. • Arrange the Date, time for meeting or zoom meeting in our branch. • Ensure clients feel welcome when they arrive for their Appointments. • Assist the clients what they need and help her • Making daily Attendance and Scheduling their day off. • Preparing the cash sales reports and credit card daily income and sent the email to manager, Area manager and management.
