- Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner - Managing phone calls, emails, deliveries, and stocks inventory - Tending to customer needs, inquiries, and complaints - Providing administrative support to management, employees and in some cases, clients and visitors - Assisting with the day-to-day operations by doing tasks such as filing paperwork, preparing documents for meetings, and managing the calendar of the management team - Cleans and prepares the dining area - Greets customers and helps them to their seats - Maintains knowledge of every menu item - Documents orders accurately - Delivers beverages and meals on time - Asks for customer feedback - Prepares bills and processes payments
