Massages such as and not limited to Thai, Swedish, Shiatsu, Balinese, Acupressure, Sports Personalized and Reflexology; Herbal compression, Ventosa therapy, Moroccan bath and body scrub, Hair Waxing and Paraffin treatments, Ear and belly candling, Facial and Microdermabrasion, Lipo massage by Endermologie (LPG) and Hot stone therapy. Duties and Responsibilities Include: - Handles and prioritizes guests queries and concerns efficiently and politely. - Responsible for all spa treatments to a high-quality standard. - Mentoring therapists by providing trainings in treatment procedures and products. - Acting as a role model for therapists. - Ability to work with no direct supervision. - Supervising therapists during operations. - Maintains professionalism and positive demeanor. - Addresses clients' needs immediately and appropriately. - Multitasking and providing consultations. - Suggesting treatments and products based on client needs. - Providing consistent professional treatments in line with spa protocols. - Maintaining hygiene and sterilization as per law and spa policies. - Aiding in all spa operations, ensuring cleanliness and customer satisfaction. - Participating and supporting in staff trainings and meetings. - Achieving service and product sales goals.
