Duties & Skills
Perform a variety of massage techniques based on guest preferences and needs. Customize treatments based on individual client conditions and requirements. Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Provide information about available massage services and answer any questions guests may have. Manage appointment bookings and ensure the smooth flow of clients. Coordinate schedules to accommodate guest preferences. Keep massage rooms and equipment clean and well-organized. Ensure a comfortable and inviting environment for guests. Communicate effectively with other hotel staff to coordinate appointments and services. Listen to guest feedback and adjust services accordingly. Adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards. Ensure the safety and well-being of guests during massage sessions. Stay informed about the various massage products and techniques. Provide recommendations for at-home or additional treatments. Stay updated on industry trends and attend relevant training sessions. Maintain necessary certifications and licenses. Upsell based on guest preferences and needs.
