Admin & Sales-related tasks: Create staff schedules, attend to client-related concerns, generate sales reports with analytical interpretations and presentations utilizing advanced skills on MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, strategize ways to meet sales targets, work with facilities & maintenance department, over-all-in charge in maintaining the supplies and inventory & orders, prepare, organize, update and store information and documents related to municipality requirements & branch’ needs, work on / respond to any business-related concerns & inquiries through phone calls and emails (MS Outlook). Human Resource-related tasks: Work with HR on any employment processes of the staff (new joiners, local leave, sick leave, annual leave, end of contract, resignation, issuing of Disciplinary Notices), process / confirm probationary evaluation as basis for regularization / non-regularization, facilitate training for staff to improve performance (both sales & technical areas), process incident report and administer disciplinary notice/action and monitor progress; organize/conduct HR-related hearing related to disciplinary notice / action and/or termination, conduct staff coaching and counseling related to performance and behavioral conduct observing disciplinary due process which either leads to retaining or terminating employment, process documents on regularization, resignation, and termination of employment, conduct exit interviews and process exit clearance.
