Maintains Sales Performance Report of the whole Team on a daily and monthly basis in conjunction to the set target. Maintains Customer Database. Organizing sales visit and establishing business relationship. Serves as point of contact between the company and the customers. Handles new vehicle customer inquiry and sales – telephone inquiries and walk-in customers. Controls and maintains the team’s database to maximize business potential and to avoid conflicts within. Adhere to company procedures and SOPs, particularly concerning cash and credit handling to ensure safety of cash and minimum bad debts. Maintaining awareness of automotive industry, paying particular attention to new features, technical developments, market trends, competitor analysis, selling techniques and customer handling skills. Assessing the performance of the Sales Team and facilitate their development by providing opportunities for training and personal development. Maintaining an awareness of local market competition conditions, user preferences and desires, and industry trends; to transmit the same information promptly with recommendations to senior management. Performs showroom duties and attends to customer concerns and finalizing deals for the Sales Executives.
