Manage overall day- to- day operations of the salon.

• Ensure staff are adhering to company policies and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Monitor and manage inventory, including ordering monthly salon supplies.
• Identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with municipality regulations.
• Manage the salons budget by forecasting costs for supplies and operations.
• Overseeing the front desk to ensure appointments are scheduled correctly for optimal results.
• Ensure salon is hygienic, neat and tidy and all equipment are working.
• Host monthly Employee of the month.
• Identifying staff weaknesses and provide adequate training.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, promoting teamwork.
• Work closely with the marketing team.
• Constantly interacting with clients to gain feedback and ensure complete client satisfaction and retention.

• Create various memberships and run various campaigns.

• Contribute to the entire development and improvement of the Salon.
• Staff scheduling.
• Maintain staff records, including sales reports, working schedules, attendance ,visa, ID for Municipality check,
• Proactively participate in any marketing / sales initiatives including special promotions and events.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the salon.
• Reviews client feedback
• Promote and sell spa services and treatments to maximize revenue.
• Monitor individual retail performance, provide coaching and incentives to drive sales.
