Welcome to Passport to Beauty, a digital platform that connects beauty professionals ("Technicians") with salons and beauty businesses ("Clients").
By using our platform and related services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Fees and Payment Terms

1.1. Finder’s Fee
The Client agrees to pay a Finder’s Fee per Technician successfully connected through Passport to Beauty:
• AED 4000 for Russian-speaking Technicians
• AED 3000 for all other Technicians

This fee covers the use of our platform, candidate sourcing, and the connection service provided between the Technician and the Client.

1.2. Payment Upon Confirmation
The Finder’s Fee is payable upon the Client’s confirmation to proceed with a Technician or when a physical meeting or trial is scheduled, whichever occurs first.
Payment is due immediately at that stage and includes coverage under the 90-day replacement and refund policy.

1.3. Interview Requests and Payment Before Physical Interview
If the Client requests an in-person or physical interview with a Technician before finalizing the placement, the full Finder’s Fee must be paid in advance prior to scheduling the interview.

If the interview does not go well or the Client decides not to proceed with the Technician, the Client will still be covered under the 90-day guarantee policy, meaning Passport to Beauty will continue to provide replacement candidates within that period.

If Passport to Beauty is unable to find a suitable Technician within the 90-day period, the Client will be eligible for a full refund.

This guarantee does not apply to Technicians who have already been confirmed and accepted by the Client, as confirmed placements are considered completed services.

2. Matching and Guarantee Policy

2.1. Matching Process
Passport to Beauty facilitates matches between Technicians and Clients based on the information provided by both parties.
The Client acknowledges that Passport to Beauty does not employ or represent the Technicians but provides a platform for introductions.

2.2. Selection and Qualification for Replacement
Once a Technician has been selected and confirmed by the Client, that connection will only qualify for replacement under the 90-day guarantee.
Refunds will not apply once a Technician has been confirmed.

2.3. 90-Day Replacement Guarantee
If the Technician does not meet the Client’s expectations within the first 90 days of confirmation, Passport to Beauty offers a 90-day replacement guarantee under which we will provide a replacement Technician at no additional cost.

2.4. Refund Policy
Our refund policy applies only if Passport to Beauty is unable to find or provide any suitable Technicians for the Client’s request.

If one or more Technicians have been confirmed by the Client, no refund will apply.

If the Client wishes to cancel or discontinue the process before the 90 days for reasons unrelated to Passport to Beauty’s performance, the Client will not be eligible for a refund.

If the 90-day period has expired and the Client continues to engage with the Technician, the Client will only be eligible for replacement (if needed) and not for a refund.

Refunds, when applicable, may take up to 30 days to process from the date of approval.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1. Accurate Information
The Client agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their requirements for the Technician.
Inaccurate information may result in unsuitable matches or delays.

3.2. Payment Obligations
The Client acknowledges and agrees to the payment terms stated above.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Nature of Service

Passport to Beauty is not a recruitment or employment agency.
We do not employ Technicians, guarantee employment, or provide visa, sponsorship, or payroll services.
Our role is limited to facilitating introductions and connections between Technicians and Clients through our platform.

All hiring, employment, and contractual decisions are made solely between the Technician and the Client.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared between Passport to Beauty, the Client, and the Technician is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

6. Amendments to Terms

Passport to Beauty reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Clients will be notified of any material changes via email or through an update on our website.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, on the Passport to Beauty platform is owned by or licensed to Passport to Beauty and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written consent.

8. Platform Use and Conduct

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes.
You may not use the service to send false information, spam, or engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the platform’s functionality.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Passport to Beauty and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
• The Client’s or Technician’s use of the platform
• Employment or engagement decisions made by either party
• Any act, omission, or conduct of the Technician or Client following their connection

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Passport to Beauty, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Client or Technician account that violates these Terms or engages in unethical or fraudulent behavior, without refund.

12. Unauthorized Contact or Hiring

If the Client or any representative directly contacts, negotiates with, or hires a Technician introduced by Passport to Beauty outside of our platform or payment process, this will constitute a breach of contract.
In such cases, Passport to Beauty reserves the right to forfeit any paid fees, revoke all guarantees, and permanently deny the Client access to future services.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
